Refund and Cancellation Policy
Because each consultation slot is reserved exclusively for you and requires significant preparation work prior to the session, we maintain a clear scheduling and refund policy.
1. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your consultation free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled session time. Rescheduling requests must be made by contacting us directly.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are subject to availability and may incur a fee, as the slot cannot easily be allocated to another client on short notice.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, or client no-shows, are non-refundable.
All approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
