Refund and Cancellation Policy
Because each consultation slot is reserved exclusively for you and involves customized chart preparation and astrological analysis, we maintain a clear scheduling, cancellation, and refund policy.
1. Cancellation During Waiting Period
Clients can cancel their booking at any time during the waiting period before the prediction report is submitted.
If cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, a 100% full refund is issued automatically.
If cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, no refund is provided as chart preparation and priority slot reservation has already begun.
2. Post-Prediction Service Policy
Once a written prediction reading or chart analysis report has been delivered to the client, the service is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
Clients may ask follow-up questions and clarifications directly through their consultation tracking portal.
3. Refund Processing
All approved refunds are initiated automatically and processed back to your original payment method (Razorpay / PayPal) within 5–7 business days.
