1. Nature of Services
Batuk Jyotish offers private one-to-one Vedic astrology (Jyotisha) consultations, chart analysis, and timing guidance. All insights are interpretive and designed to provide a supportive framework for decision-making.
Astrological interpretations reflect potentials, cycles, and trends. They do not dictate absolute outcomes, and client free will remains the primary driver of life decisions.
2. User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate and honest birth details (date, time, and location) during the booking process. Mismatched or incorrect details can lead to inaccurate chart calculations.
Clients are responsible for keeping their booking order numbers and URLs safe to check predictions and access consultation materials.
3. Payment and Disputes
All payments are processed securely via our integrated Razorpay payment gateway. Full payment must be completed before your selected consultation slot is officially booked and confirmed.
